How do you deal with Chapri and Hooligans at workplace?

For starters, I am M24, I work at a digital marketing firm in south Mumbai. My colleagues might look decent, but I don't like speaking to most of those guys and girls. They smell badly, sing weird songs loudly, make weird loud noises. Even the HR is like them.
