How can I earn money online?

I have 8 rupees in my bank account my college fee is pending. I don't have money to eat my room rent is also pending. What should I do now I can't see any solution of this. I tried to work in blinkit as a part time worker(picker) they said there is no vacancy. I tried to work as a delivery boy in zomato and swiggy but for that I have to own a bike or bicycle and I don't have both. I live in lucknow if anyone has any kind of part time job plss help me. I will do anything be it be offline or online. I want part time job because I have to give time to my studies also as I'm preparing for ssc cgl.
