How Can I Level Up My Career and Buy a House?

Hi everyone, I'm a mobile application developer specializing in Flutter, with 2 years of experience. I'm 27 years old, earning ₹25,000 per month, and currently living in Kolkata. Coming from a middle-class family, we don't own a house and live on rent. I want to improve our standard of living and work towards buying a home so that my family and I can live comfortably. My goal is to purchase a house and get married by the age of 30. What steps can I take in my career to achieve this? Should I focus on learning new technologies, switching jobs, or freelancing? Any advice would be appreciated. I tried freelancing though but no success. Thanks in advance!
