Have we failed as a society when it comes to marriage?

Saw this really sad article about a young woman who took her own life just a few months after getting married. Apparently, she and her husband were constantly fighting, and even after their families tried to step in and help, things didn’t get better. In the end, she felt like there was no way out. It makes me wonder, like, why does marriage sometimes turn into something so toxic? Isn’t it supposed to be about love and support? Instead, people seem to stay stuck in miserable situations because society tells them they *have* to make it work no matter what. Have we failed as a society to make marriage a healthy thing? Or are the expectations we put on people to stay together making things worse? Idk, it just feels like something’s really broken. What do you guys think? How do we stop stuff like this from happening? Would love to hear your thoughts.
