Has anyone felt this ?

A fellow ABCD here idk if this is the right sub to post this 😅. I personally feel so much gulit when I am romantically with someone. I’m old enough to make my decisions, but recently I hooked up with a dude who’s a muslim, and I was wondering why I felt so gulity. But I realized it’s due to the subconscious gulit i have due to constantly being told to never associate yourself with people who are muslim, and for me I do not dislike muslim people lmfaooo😭. But my mom telling me that, and trying to keep this clean image of our family that we only marry indians and only hindus only, because if we don’t it will ruin our reputation, and blah blah our family back in india will talk and criticize. My parents aren’t very fond of islam, my dad doesn’t care, my mom on the another hand is very islamphobic due to the media etc etc Another thing it has to be how much a taboo dating + sex was also for me growing up, even though it’s a normal thing. But I just wanted to see if anyone felt like this I bet there’s so many. 🙃🙃. (Also this prolly has grammer mistakes and typos so my bad lolz).
