Experiencing sex/orgasm headaches

Hi all, For the past 4 days, I have been experiencing excruciating headaches whenever I orgasm. Even while using a vibrator, being fully relaxed etc, it has been happening. I read on Google that it's not case of worry but wanted to ask an opinion if anyone's had a similar experience and how'd you treat it without constant medication. For context, I do not have migraines or any disease and I am healthy. Just this past 4 days I have noticed this again and again. I am 24F
