Do you think indian Gen Zs have a communication problem?

I feel like there is a massive difference between Gen Zs and other generations when it comes to basic communication. Im a gen Z myself btw, so this isn't an old person ranting about the youger folk of today lol. But fr tho, saying "Hi" or "bye" gets you weird looks. People just randomly ghost you, and then come back to talk days later like nothing has happened. Like they don't even address the fact that they ghosted you. I guess this is more to do with manners and basic respect, than communication skills, but yeah.
