Do you believe Indians are very bad in fashion and grooming ?

I have noticed this thing after travelling a bit here and there than even in poorer countries like laos or vietnam or rwanda or south american countries people still take a good care of their clothes and personal grooming and basic fitness . In India people wear one of the worst clothes , we get judged for applying deo and people wear jeans and shirt only which are never ironed and very terribly fit , most people do not do hair or skin care or do not even bother to take care of the beard . A lot of people say North east people have better fashion sense but in reality we just have it too bad so they stand out . edit = here fashion and grooming mostly stands for atleast being clean , taking care of hygiene of themselves and the clothes that fit a person and is washed and ironed , they do not cost a lot of money nor it makes a person uncomfortable .
