Do other Indians think himachali's are stupid?

I am from himachal so today I encountered some punjabi guys they were pissed off cause maybe some kid might have rubbed his figure on dust of their car's windshield so they were saying "himachal ke log gawar hi hote hai !, Scratch pad jayega ! " I was like wtf bro but I didn't said anything but this thought came in my mind that do other Indians think the same for us ?
