do you think INDIAN's should improve their English to international standards?

I saw a clip of Donald Trump being questioned by an Indian Guy in some recent conference with Modi, and trump didn't get his accent and was very direct to say - I didn't get you ! all the horrible stereotype of Indian accent across the world be it Tony LC Sign mimicking, or trevor noah its very racist...yet we can't ignore how our dialect has affected our English language proficiency.
