Blinkit, Goa - behind the scenes

This post is about Blinkit Zuarinagar-MES Services. We all enjoy utilising quick delivery services and Blinkit is one of them. But what we don't know about most of the times is what goes on behind-the-scenes, and knowing and bearing this for way too long, I write this post. Last Feb, the construction of our front door neighbours house finished and they moved in. It's a builiding with residence on top and shop area on the ground floor. We heard someone say that there's going to be a warehouse in those shops, or a cold storage, so we didn't think much of it. Until a Blinkit warehouse opened here. Right in front of our house. All of a sudden there were 25+ bikes and scooters parked in front of our house, with an equal amount of delivery boys, waiting and rushing with orders. Let me tell you that before this, the entire area was a purely residential area apart from a single small general store (which obviously wasn't a bother to anyone). The roads are small, which is usual for residential areas, and these delivery boys race around, vrooming scooters like it's a highway, racing to fulfill the "10-minute delivery" promise. The delivery boys shout and scream and speak like hooligans, using the most absolute trashed and vulgar language which no person will be able to hear and keep quiet. It's a pain to even be in the hearing distance of this ruckus, and to live right in front of it 24/7 is absolutely maddening. Even at 5 in the morning when I get up to pray, I hear such abusive language, I feel like washing my ears with soap over and over. The service is 24/7 and so is the ruckus. Apart from this, they stare at every passer by, especially female, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to even pass by the road in front. Staring, whistling, derogatory comments, singing tunes, absolutely nauseating. No ones uses this road anymore. Kids don't cycle anymore. Women don't go on walks anymore. Girls don't go to the store for ice creams. We have completely stopped using the gates in front (which are right opposite Blinkit) for the same reason. Huge supply trucks come in at any time of the day or night with blaring horns, scaring the hell out of people. Again since the lanes are small they also block the road for a good 30 to 60 minutes each time they come. More chaos. All the waste from their packaging flies and settles in front of our door. Even the gutka packets and cigarette boxes that the delivery boys consume. In a residential area, how do you think a service like this is going to let peace remain? It's a matter of serious concern that we all should think about and in fact take action. We tried to communicate with the building owners who have given their warehouse on rent for this and they responded very rudely and said "pay the one lakh we get in rent from this or shut your mouth, or shit your windows". Apparently they don't even have permission from the Panchayat to run such a big thing over here. We have also reported to the Panchayat and Police about this. What do you think about all of this? Personally, I know how easy and convenient home delivery of items is, but not at the expense of running a vulgar ruckus in the middle of a peaceful residential area and ruining people's solitude. Please let me know your opinions and any other course of action we should take.
