Biggest ways India has changed in the last 20yrs

I'm going to move to India later this year for work. I was there 20 yrs ago and travelled quite extensively round the north and loved it. I'm looking forward to returning to India but am interested to know what Indians feel has changed the most in the last 20yrs, either for better or worse.
