Best city in India

Hi, We are a couple in our mid late 30's with 2 kids (5 year old and 6 months old) belonging from Delhi and UP and currently based in Ahmedabad. We want to relocate to a tier 2 or 3 city in India which is safe, has decent schools, cleaner air, comparatively lesser pollution, and free, open spaces. Online services like BB, Blinkit, Zomato etc not required Easy, simple quality life for us and the kids to lead is what we are looking at. What could be the best city in India to live in with our requirements? Please help. Thanks!
