AITA for complaining the delivery guy ?

Need some perspective here. I ordered two 6 litre water bottles to my 2nd-floor flat, which has no lift. The delivery guy left them downstairs, asking me to pick them up because he can't deliver without a lift. I managed one bottle and asked for help with the other, but he refused and smirked. Frustrated, I complained on the app and got an unexpected refund. Now I feel guilty. Did I overreact? AITA?
