Why AAP lose in Delhi even after promising freebies? Are we improving?

A no hate political question, AAP has been providing freebies and promised freebies like Free tickets for buses and metros to women's,free electricity, 18k to sikh priests etc but still lost, are we as voters improving or moving to another party that has promised freebies too
