The 1940 Indian gen and the current 2024 Indian gen switch places, What do you think would happens?

suppose some 80yr old uncle one day gets severely angry about the constant complaining Internet about the modern society. He gathers all infinity stone and snaps, switching the Indian people from 1940 (pre quit India) to the modern day, and sending today's people back. here are the rules: 1.)All people have exact info of where they have landed and in what year. 2.)only people transfer, no animals, no other things. 3.)People have information provided to them about how to prevent immediate death.(eg. people in aeroplanes etc.) 4.)The entire population is transported efficiently, with no overcrowding or any other errors and technicalities. 5.)assume humans on both sides manage food issues with the rise/ fall in population. I find this a very fun thought experiment. what do you think will be the societal changes, and do you think today's gen would be able to get India freedom. And how will the freedom fighters react to today's India.
