How to Block Those Annoying Caller Tune and PSA Messages in Regional Languages?

Is anyone else fed up with the constant caller tune promotions and public service announcements (PSAs), especially in regional languages? Every time I call someone, I have to endure these long, irritating messages before the call even connects. It’s one thing to inform people about COVID precautions or government schemes, but do they have to force us to listen every single time we make a call? It’s not just annoying but also time-consuming, especially when you’re in a hurry. Does anyone know how to block or bypass these interruptions? I’ve tried Googling, but most solutions are outdated. If you’ve figured out a working method or know any tricks for different network providers, please share! Also, do you think this is something the TRAI should regulate more strictly?
