Is FSSAI too goddamn incompetent to stop adulterated food?! Just sitting on their asses while we're sold fake shit? What can be done about it?

Just now a YouTuber, Trustified uploaded a video, got Dabur Honey tested using the NMR method & it came back positive for sugar syrup adulteration twice. Meanwhile, FSSAI continues to drag their feet & refuses to make this essential testing mandatory not even taking the matter seriously. Fuck this.
