Please help in clearing the brain rot music coming along with youtube shorts..

Can someone for the love of God help me in getting some normal recommendations without the god knows what cringey music that is overused in all videos. Eg: "oooooo aaah something is there", then there is some phonk music which is almost in all the videos.
