Women lawyers on TV debates have already started debating why Nikita Singhania should not be arrested

Nikita Singhania (Atul subhash’s estranged wife) needs to be arrested for abetment to suicide of her husband. But as more time is passing by now female lawyers on TV have started justifying why she should not be arrested. They say the definition of abetment is not clear and both parties were resorting to legal recourse. Completely ignoring that she in literally asked her husband to commit suicide and in addition had filed false cases against the husband. Apparently this is not sufficient cause despite the husband specifically naming her in his dying declaration. However, the pilot’s boyfriend needs to be arrested for breaking up his relationship with her even though there is no evidence or statement against him! Explain how this is not a war on men!
