Why do these foreign vloggers coming to India behave this way ?

They either chose to say stuff like , wow India is amazing best nothing wrong here , this that just wanting to get views from poor Indians who are not very educated and gets happy when a outsider praise his country . or straight up absolute disrespectful way where they go to poorest places and disrespect poor people for being poor , and eat food that costs .5 cents and complain why they got sick . Why cant thy draw a line in the middle and understand india was dirt poor and looted 70 years ago and a huge portion of its population is poor and uneducated and they behave that way . Why is it so tough for their first world mind ? Absolute filthy people .
