What are some government job opportunities for women that offer a good work-life balance?

I'm a 21-year-old woman, and it has been six months since I graduated with a B.Com (Hons.). Apart from completing an unpaid internship, I’m still unsure (Whether to commit to a Government or Private sector job?). My father suggested preparing for the UPSC, but honestly, I didn't resonate with the idea at least for now. However, I understand that he wants the best for me. As a woman, having a secure job would bring tension free by parents, which is why I’m considering it. Before making a decision, I need guidance.
