Is there any chance that there will be Judicial reforms in India?

These recent years we have come across so many terrifying cases and no single person has achieved justice. Judiciary system is now a joke in India. Higher authorities always dismiss the cases to save their reputation and manipulate the cases. Do you think our India has already fallen or it will fall more? Do you think in near future India might have some Judiciary reforms? What are your views on it?
