why are indian men so submissive and weak when the topic is of parents

so i hv encountered a lot of people saying bcz parents did this n this for us and all... however growing up we wr taught that it was parent's responsiblities that they had to give best of the best to their kid bcz thats a life they bought to earth... which is very true... and also why are indian men so weak that they would slap their wife for their parents but never establish boundaries and parent's limits to intervene in their lives.. like why.. why cant they fight back and retort when parents spout nonense after all they are humans not gods.. and dont tell me that respect n all bs... parents should know they need to respect their kids too if they dont its their prob
