To Men: a Controversial possibly taboo topic question: give your honest opinions (Slightly NSFW ⚪)

#This is going to be long - but i promise that it will be fluid, wholesome, non toxic and possibly a brain teaser :) So let me present you with a situation, Lets say you see a girl shopping one day, and she is wearing a lovely frock, you think that she looks pretty cute in that dress and the colours really suit her vibe. But there is a big caveat here. If you looked closely you can make out her nipples under the top and you can see her cleavage and all, it's not too low, she looks cute and comfy in her dress. Some points to give clarity 1. She looks happy, comfortable 2. You can tell that she probably isn't wearing anything underneath the dress (to visualise 👗) 3. But that's not out of some attention seeking attitude either, basically the area is such that it's considered ok here. Eg say any slightly wealthy and chill type neighbourhood **4.(Very important)** It looks completely good on her, nothing feels unnatural.- this is to say that **the reason she isn't wearing a bra is that-**, that would demolish the look of her dress, and that for her proportions she doesn't feel the need to get the extra support at the expense of how good it's looking without it. 5. You know that area is safe for the situation to not be a problem in any way whatsoever. **6.(Important one)** You can tell that there is some movement in her dress but she seems comfortable with that, and since this is a market even kids are there. **Now** i want to know what you think about her wearing that dress? Do you think it's innappropriate? Possibly a kind of a bad influence? Do you think it's fine? I myself am a female, and i specifically want the opinion of indian males on this. I want your answers to be in as much depth as you can. And yeah you can tell she isn't wearing a bra and all, so would you be offended by that or something else? **In conclusion - do you support the functionality of her approach (written in 4th point) or do you think it's not fine the way it is right now.** *I want to reiterate that she is ok with this situation entirely.* I want opinions from both sides, i personally am not going to vote either way to mantain my neutrality.
