tips for sleep after breakup
i had a breakup on last week of November i was home after that , it was easy to get comfortable sleep . But i came to PG every week , and goes home on weekend only . and it's Getting really hard to sleep in PG i just sleep for 1 minutes, suddenly my brain gets awake , and there's no runny thought or something just normal i feel some weight on my heart , i pull away my blanket when i feel that sensation. It haunts me , that sensation makes me feel uncomfortable i remember the every minute of night . i lay at 9pm to sleep times go so fast when i lay on my bed. , it's get's 10pm so quickly, then 11 . 12 pm and so on i tried listening soothing songs , but it dont helped me when am home, i sleep like I haven't slept since years got dark circles, PG room haunts me i feel lonely it feels really painful in back of my head , when am not able to sleep my Body relaxes , i feel energetic by body but my mind really hurts badly i sleep at around 9pm , but awake on my bed till 1-2AM i have my exams going am really doing bad in exams , am not able to sleep can you guys please help , or give some tips someone who faced something similar , please guide me through this5
