This one is for the shy guys - How should I approach you?

Shy guys how should I approach you in a way that doesn't come across as too strong or intimidating? Also what stops you from approaching the girl that you like? I am asking this question cause I genuinely want help. My type is shy introverted guys but the problem is I am like that too, so in the end even I am scared to approach someone I find cute and shy guys often keep to themself only. I want to change this and take my chances. So pls guide me!
