Starting a clothing brand

I want to start a clothing brand in the near future but before that i want to know more about what job to to take to have some experience and earn some money and I'm 27 male and currently working as a graphic designer in a banner printing media store and want's to go to delhi from next year. So, please help as i need some suggestions.
