Should I even try to get to know this girl if my semester is ending and also our social lives are the complete opposite?

So I am 23M turning 24 in just 7 days and currently studying MBA and talking with several girls in my college who are within 21-25 age range. But recently there is this girl who caught my eyes. She is 21 or 22 and my junior in her 1st year of MBA and I am in 2nd year which is also my final year. We both live in Bangalore but I am from Siliguri in West Bengal and she is from NCR region. In college we only talked once so far which was about 2 weeks ago. She talked nicely to me and we just introduced each other. We will meet again tomorrow probably but there are several problems. She is a party person and in her Instagram stories I noticed she goes to nightclubs or pubs to party with group of friends and even guys too and she did that even in NCR too whereas I am completely opposite. I am a loner who never had a gf, hardly any friends and only recently talking with girls after being shy near girls for many years. I still go to eat in restaurants alone whereas she is very extroverted. I am already having a hard time with the more introverted girls in my college and still unable to even get a date or even anyone (whether guy or girl) to hang out with me as friends and they all say they are busy or they are not free, having assignment etc. Plus semester is ending and already final exams are going on but I am in final year. Next semester which is my final year will only be dissertation so just project based so I won't even be having regular classes whereas she being my junior will have regular classes so my campus visits will reduce significantly in my final semester. Is it too late now to get to know her? Even with other girls, its been like they talk to me nicely in person but on social media they are less responsive and even goes days without even seeing my messages. Give your honest opinion about it.
