Need ideas to make my Indian girlfriend happy.

I'm American but I got no idea what should I do on valentines.I want to to make her happy, any ideas that could make her happy for valentines? Also, I'm gonna make her some good Indian food for her but I'm short on the idea of gifts. Would love to add some Indian cultural stuff in it!
