Is it really worth having kids in India?

I've always had this doubt do people really care about the problems we face as Indians? No jobs, overpopulation, religious conflicts, corruption, a backward education system, a broken justice system for the middle class and poor, poor air quality, high taxes like in England but facilities like in poor countries. I mean, we know what this country is like and how we suffer and struggle. Do people really think about this before having kids? I'm not against anyone; it's just my opinion. I even told my sister not to have kids in India. She said, "I will immigrate to another country if i want have kids, or I won’t have kids if I stay in India. Sometimes, I even think that my dad should have used a condom that night. Don't make your kids regret being born in this poor country.
