If movies affect indian society, why is indian society still against Love / love marriage?

Every now and then we talk about how movies affect society in india. Movie makers should be careful of what they show because indians learn from it and start behaving like that. But in that case, Bollywood has been showing love and love marriages since the start of Indian cinema for 100 years now. Why is still love and romantic relationship widely unacceptable in india?
