How would it be if girls asked us for consent for intimacy?

So I don't want anyone to make a line set in stone with what I am saying but it is interesting idea to me that what happens if girls ask for consent. We are in a society where it is considered the only way that a boy is supposed to ask for consent. But what if boys decide to stay quite and the girls are left with all the asking? How would that world be? (Again don't take this too seriously, rather consider imagining it a fun exercise)
