How to come out of debt? My family has an huge financial crises now

My father has taken huge loans for his business. The business is a total loss. We have sold all our property except our house. I have even listed the house on websites for sale. My father is trying to sell the business to repay the loans. What will be the proper strategy to come out of this situation.
