How much of the stories from gossip subs are true?

Like r/BollyBlindsNGossip or r/kollygossips or any other celebrity gossip type sub. How much of these posts are true? People there be saying anything about celebrities without any proper sources. Even Sachin Tendulkar isn't free from that sub. So, Just wondering how much of it's true.
