Best hidden gems to move for 12-18months

have about 4L savings and i can earn 20k a month. I’m looking for peaceful cities to move to where i can live on 20-25k including all the expenses like rent and food. Would be a plus if it has beaches or good peaceful places. All i need to cheap food and good internet, with a clean room. Maybe 6 months i would switch to a different place
