How AP is losing MSMEs ??

I was researching for last few months on different MSMEs in AP. Upon asking few, they said, AP isn't particularly favourable for business compared to counterparts like Tamil. One such example is Cotton mills industry of AP, where 40% of their working captial goes to paying electricity bills. Thanks to our successive governments who fucked up in providing cheap energy, unlike TN. Mills are already running on razor thin margins, and the energy prices are sky rocketed. Today half the mills are closed, due to combination of various factors like sudden inflow of cheap chinese export goods, spike in cotton prices, electricity. And our government did nothing to help them out. Understand the huge captial losses and job losses, taxes. All the manufacturing industries with high energy requirement are losing the edge with TN. Can't compete with domestic competition nor foreign competers(china). Fuck the energy bills!! WE HAVE ALREADY SEEN ADANI SOLAR POWER PURCHASE SCAM, WHICH WOULD HAVE A IMPACT ON OUR BILLS.
