AIIMs mangalgiri sucks.

AIIMS being the apex body for medical care. Our state AIIMs doesn't even have few testing facilities and neurosurgeon department. They redirect patients to guntur medical college for testing. Its been 10 years since operational. Why nobody is talking about it???
