Need some help

I'm 17 M but still I don't know how to ride/drive scooty maybe one of the reason that I don't know how to drive it cause I never ride a cycle, so I just wanna if know anyone of you have some free time can you teach me how to ride and drive a scooty and dw ill pay for it if you want
