Need Tips to get to and from N.M Stadium

I have visted Ahmedabad before but this time I will be travelling for Coldplay Concert :) I checked whether there were any related question but didn't find one with answers I was looking for.. I would be coming via train and staying near U N Mehta Civil Hospital. What would be the best way to reach the Stadium and how do I commute once the concert is over? Thanks in Advanced :)
