Uber services in Agra

Hey agra. Hope you are doing well. See I have never visited Agra before so wanted to make sure how the uber, ola or any other taxi services works there. Like , will there be any issues booking it in the Morning? Should i prebook it? Or should I look for another way of transportation.I have an exam on coming Sunday there and the distance between my center and hotel is 6km , on Google maps it's showing 15 mins by car. Just making sure , cause I don't want any hiccups on the exam day , as entry time is before 8.30 . So do let me know.
