New cabin baggage flight rules

Hey there, planning to travel in this coming week from Agra, want to confirm whether we can still take two bags inside cabin(1 small trolley & 1 laptop bag), since, recently there’s been an update in the policy. So anyone traveled recently like 1-2weeks from today ?
