Looking for fitpass reviews

Has anyone tried Fitpass app for gym workout? How was the experience? I saw Heliox gym listed so I called them. They said they accept bookings but sometimes their scanner doesn't work and they will charge for sessions on those days which makes me a bit sceptical.
