Dating apps - Dead Scenes

Ik it's a redundant post but still - It's been over one year now since I've been expecting to see somebody on dating apps in Agra but oh gawd, these apps like Tinder, Bumble and Hinge are dead scenes, man! Nobody matches with me :/ I really need a friend or two to survive in this city, need a romantic partner too (m here) smh. How do I make this happen? I want to change this phase of my life with good friends and a partner. Any help?
