Agra toll / Kuberpur to Agra city

Coming to Agra via bus and some bus are showing drop off as Agra toll and some showing as Kuberpur. My drop will be at 5-6am in the morning and I'm worried if I will get any vehicle from the drop off point to Agra city especially considering it 6am in the winters. Can any locals guide me on what should be the best way
