Need guidance regarding quant finance

Hi, I'm a first-year undergrad in the AGFE department. I'm interested in finance and wanna crack finance-based quant roles like in JPMC, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, American Express or Nomura. Can somebody help me with what skills I should earn, which side profile will be good, opportunities looking at my dept, the importance of CG, and which courses to take in the coming semesters to help with it after 2nd year?
