Breadth subjects Disappearing

I applied for HS30075(Science and Humanism) a week ago and it disappeared the very next day and has since not come back on the subject list. Now yesterday I applied for HS30074(Sociology of Economic Development) and today it disappeared from the list. Can anyone explain what the hell is happening?
