Saw a creep try on a girl today

I am the hospital of IIT Delhi. Earlier today I saw a creepy guy talking to a girl. The conversation seemed normal at first, and she mentioned that she did her postdoc in Israel, and that she's applying for an assistant prof position here, but then the guy started acting creepy. He kept trying to continue the conversation even when it was clear that the girl wasn't interested. Then when the guy was stuck at my main entrance, the girl left through the Apollo exit.
