Query about Stipend policy

I am mtech student of first year expecting cg of 6.5 ( <7)of first semester....so my query is about the stipend thing. 1) is there any chance that I might get the stipend in second semester without considering my cg? 2) if I cross above 7 in the end of the year,will I get the stipend only for the next year or the second semester stipend will also be included?...
