Are civil engineering graduates allowed to persue CSE (M.Tech) in IIT Delhi?

So I graduated in civil engineering. I'm giving Gate 2025 in CSE. Are civil engineering students allowed to persue CSE or any CSE related courses in IIT Delhi? Does IIT Delhi take interviews or written tests for M.Tech TA in CSE? And how many marks(or score/rank) are required for IIT Delhi(SC category)? Any information on IIT Delhi is appreciated.
